Welcome to Gravitons (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gravitons mobile applications (“App”) and our website located at https://gravitons.ai (“Website”). By accessing or using our App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. OVERVIEW

Gravitons is a gamified cognitive platform where users play 11-dimensional brain games to earn “Storage Rewards” measured in megabytes (“MB”). MB can be used to access cloud storage features, create folders, and store files. Users can also exchange MB for “Quanta,” which provides access to AI models, workflows, and avatars.

2. PREMIUM FEATURES AND PAYMENTS

Gravitons offers both Free and Pro modes:

- Free Mode includes core gameplay with Google AdMob advertisements.

- Pro Mode removes ads and unlocks premium features.

Purchases (“Time Crystals”) via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to each store’s terms. All payment data is processed securely.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You must be at least 13. Creating an account requires accurate information. Parental consent is required for users under 16 in regions covered by GDPR.

4. USE OF AI SERVICES

Gravitons integrates third-party AI providers (Perplexity, Grok, OpenRouter). Use of these features constitutes acceptance of the providers' data processing terms and privacy policies.

5. USER CONTENT

You are responsible for content uploaded or stored. Do not use Gravitons for unlawful or infringing materials. We reserve the right to remove content violating these Terms.

6. DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS (GDPR & CCPA)

Users in the EU and California have:

- The right to access personal data

- The right to rectify inaccurate data

- The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

- The right to restrict processing

- The right to data portability (where technically feasible)

- The right to object to data processing (including profiling and advertising)

- The right to opt-out of sale of personal data (CCPA). Users may email support@gravitons.ai or use in-app tools to exercise these rights.

7. SALE OF PERSONAL DATA (CCPA)

Gravitons does not sell personal data to third parties for monetary gain. If you are a California resident, you may opt-out of any “sale” of your data under CCPA by contacting us or following the instructions in the app.

8. STORAGE AND DATA LIMITS

MB and Quanta are strictly for in-app use and are not tradable for cash or crypto.

9. TERMINATION

We may suspend/terminate your account for violation of these Terms or legal requirements.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

App and Website are provided “as is.” No warranties, express or implied.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the full extent permitted by law, Gravitons and affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Users in other jurisdictions retain rights under local law.
