How Gravitons uses AI workflows and agents responsibly within our app

Gravitons AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values user transparency in AI operations. This policy outlines our use of AI partners and your rights under GDPR and CCPA.
1. AI PARTNERS AND DATA HANDLING
Gravitons uses AI providers (Grok, Perplexity, OpenRouter & More). Your interactions with AI may be transmitted and processed by these partners according to their privacy notices.
2. USER RIGHTS (GDPR/CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Access, object to, or restrict how your AI-interaction data is used
- Request deletion or correction of AI-related data
- Opt-out of AI profiling or automated decision-making where applicable

3. MINORS
We do not knowingly process personal data of minors under 13, or under 16 without parental consent in regions covered by GDPR.
4. VOICE DATA & RETENTION
Voice interactions (processed by Grok) are used strictly for real-time feature operations, not stored longer than technically necessary.
5. AI TRANSPARENCY
Gravitons regularly reviews its AI integrations for fairness, safety, and compliance. You may request specific information on how AI decisions are made.
6. OPT-OUT AND ERASURE
EU and California residents may request erasure or restrict processing by emailing support@gravitons.ai or using app privacy tools.
